Prescription FAQs

How do I nominate Saintbridge Pharmacy?
The quickest way is our online nomination form — it takes a couple of minutes. You can also nominate us through the NHS App, at your GP surgery, or simply by asking us in-store or over the phone. Once nominated, your electronic prescriptions come straight to us.
How do I order my repeat prescription?
Order your repeat through the NHS App or your GP's online service, and we'll dispense it once the surgery approves it. If you're unsure, call us and we'll guide you through it.
Do you deliver prescriptions?
We offer prescription collection in-store, and delivery is available in the local area for those who need it. Ask our team about eligibility and timings.
Can you help with a medicine I've run out of?
Speak to us as soon as possible. Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to help through an NHS service or by contacting your GP. In an emergency out of hours, call NHS 111.

We can't supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription or an appropriate NHS service assessment. Our team will always tell you the safest next step.

For medicines advice you can also speak to a pharmacist for free — no appointment needed. Just come in during opening hours.
