Complaints

We take any concern seriously and want to put things right. Here's how to tell us.

Talk to us first

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please tell us as soon as you can. Often we can resolve things quickly. You can:

  • speak to a member of the team in the pharmacy;
  • call us on 01452 541541;
  • email our customer care team at customercare@avenderpharma.com;
  • write to us at Saintbridge Pharmacy, Askwith Road, Saintbridge, Gloucester, GL4 4SH.

Please give us your name, contact details and a description of what happened, including dates where possible. If you are complaining on someone else's behalf, we may need their consent.

What happens next

  • we will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within three working days;
  • we will look into it fully and fairly, and keep you informed;
  • we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

If you're still not satisfied

For NHS services, you can contact NHS England or your local Integrated Care Board, or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. You can also raise concerns with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), our regulator, at pharmacyregulation.org.
